On The Line | No. 27

Happy Friday friends and Happy November! It's kind of crazy that there are only two months left in 2016. It was like I blinked and it was November. They say as you get older, the months go faster. I don't know who 'they' are but I think they are right. It's also daylight savings time this weekend, which I'm not a fan of. It means that when I leave work it will be dark & it makes me feel like I have less time when I get home to get sh*t done. Anyone else feel the same?

What do you think of today's On The Line words of wisdom?

It's Never Too Late To Get Your Shit Together. Even as organized as I am sometimes I feel like I'm living in a mess of chaos. Like, I need a few days to step back, assess what needs to be done, and do it. For me it's more things to do & things I want to do than life stuff. As we approach the end of 2016, I feel the need to put on the brakes because I'm certain there were at least 10 things on my list that I haven't even started yet. Ugh. And then on the flipside, if your life is just a hot mess from work, to relationships, to family, and everything that comes along with being a human, it really is never to late to get your sh*t together. It might take time and it's not going to come easy or happen over night but pick an area and start working towards removing the chaos. In the meantime, if someone wants to come over and help me get my sh*t together, let me know. I pay in coffee :)

Around The Web

The internet is full of awesome, beautiful, and strange things; wouldn't you agree? I'm pulling my favs and sharing them with you.  I've rounded up my top loved links from stories, recipes, style, animal cuteness...basically anything and everything. Some old, some new, some you may have already seen but nonetheless something to take your mind off that daily grind.  So grab your cup of coffee or cocktail (it's never to early) and click away. Cheers.

  • {Style} I don't know about you but I can't wear a sweater without a camisole or tank underneath. So when the thicker knits come out so does this camisole. Not only does it hug you in a little bit the material is smooth so the fabric of the sweater or top you are wearing doesn't stick to it. Also, even though it's shapewear there is no compression in the bust area so you don't have to worry about uniboob. ;)

  • {Style} My blogger friend Carylee put together a great legging comparison & review. Whether you just lounge in them, workout in them, or use them as pants, you need to check this out. Also, the Spanx faux leather leggings she mentions are really awesome. I own them.

  • {This & That} I'm always eager to learn more about uping my phone photography game and these tips and tricks are definitely simple and doable.
  • {Mind, Body, Soul} If you tend to struggle with daylight savings, try some of these holistic ways to tackle the time change.
  • {Beauty} I've mentioned before how much I love Bite Beauty lipstick and they just released their mega holiday set. It's definitely for the lipstick lover but if you're new to their lipsticks, I love this little discovery set.
