A few years ago when I was in Vegas, I stumbled upon a store called Leather Couture. As soon as I saw all the leather clutches and bags, I knew I wasn't leaving there without one. Within minutes I was greeted by the owner and designer, Jessica Galindo. We chatted about her unique pieces & designs. I was eyeing a clutch but mentioned to her it was bigger than I wanted. Within seconds, right in front of me she started cutting the leather & crafting a clutch right in front of me. The Dagger Clutch sealed my love for her and this brand.
Fast forward to three years and five clutches later I was back in Vegas for SHOT Show this past January. So I had to go by and visit her and see what new things she was designing.
As I roamed the store talking to Jessica, I spotted this camo pouch on her worktable. I was intrigued. She had already made it into a zip pouch and this was the only camo she had in stock. I didn't really like how plain it was so in true Jessica fashion she took out her tools and we began playing with studs and chains. The final clutch was much more me. A cluster of gold & bronze studs were added along with a small chain strap. I'm always so in awe when I see her and watch her create her pieces. It's a true art.
She's always designing such cool and unique pieces - I seriously want everything.
If you are ever in Vegas, go check her out. I promise, you won't be disappointed.
