Belly Band Holster

I've talked many times about having options when it comes to holsters and that's because each one will fit your needs differently depending on what you decide to wear that day and even what you might be doing. Personally, I've found that when wearing lighter weight pants, for example pants that you would wear to work or pants that have a thinner fabric, that the belly band style holsters work better. Carrying on the waist in general adds bulk and a heaviness in the midsection.  Because of that you will want to make sure that where you carry on your body is comfortable and the holster you choose securely holds the firearm in place. The fabric of your clothing is something you will want to consider when selecting your carry option for the day.  I realize that my work style pants tend to be la little more loose around the waist and some of them are even loose through the leg, so the belly band feels more secure then using a belt with a kydex holster. This is obviously a personal preference but it has worked for me and may be an option you will want to consider.
