Happy Friday! Back at it with another set of favorites that honestly I've been using for the last year or more (with the exception of my EDC pouch, that's rather new). But nonetheless, these are still all favorites that I keep going back to.
What do you guys have planned for the weekend? We've got no real committments, which is nice because sometimes just having a weekend at home to chill is perfect for the mind, body, and soul.
I love this setting spray so much that I also have the travel size. It keeps my make-up looking fresh all day long. I have combo skin and tend to get a little oily so I love using this if I might be heading out to meet a friend after work and don't have time for a touch up. The mist is fine so it doesn't feel so shocking when you spray it onto your face. A piece of advice when using this though; make sure you shake it really well. If you don't then you might see small white flecks on your skin from the charcoal mattifying powder.
I discovered this little gem of product last year when I was looking for a quick way to clean my diamond rings. While it doesn't compare to a professional cleaning it does do a really great job for at home cleaning. It's so easy to use and makes my rings sparkle.
I tend to get a few inquisitive comments when I pull these wipes out of my bag. For me, they are key to keep my phone lens & screen clean. If you're on your phone a lot and using your phone as your primary camera then you know how dirty the screens can get. These really come in handy especially during beach vacations as the salt, sunscreen, and air tend to cause a hazy film on your phone. I always have them stashed away in my bag.
If there is one thing I love finding and can't get enough of are pouches. They are great tools for organizing your things in your bags. I'd been on the search for a pouch to carry some of my other EDC tools when I came across this one. I love that it can fit a variety of items such as my EDC tools, pen, notepad, my lip balm and more. This is called 'the major' and it's the small sized, they do have a larger sized as well. You don't have to use it to carry EDC tools you can carry whatever you need such as an extra phone charger, first aid supplies, things for your kids. It's such a versatile pouch.
It does have some good weight to it when you start adding your various tools to it so just keep that in mind.
I've know I've mentioned in some posts how much I love Bite Beauty products. Their lipsticks are so emollient and beautifully pigmented. I've been using this "lip mask" since it came out years ago. This is more of a thick lip balm than mask in my opinion. The term 'mask' when it comes to beauty makes think I need to wipe this off after a period of time. However, you don't need to with this product. I use the clear one before bed and the tinted cherry color and for the days I don't wear lipstick.
