The Perfect Spring Jacket

This might be my new go-to weekend's easy, comfy, and cute. It hits all the key elements for a good outfit. I know I always talk about accessories but honestly, if you removed the necklace, the lipstick, and the animal print flats I think this outfit wouldn't be as cute. I found this olive waterfall jacket at The Mothership, where I stalked it until it went on sale. It's so comfy and perfect for spring weather. It's lose fit makes it perfect for layering. However, because of that I ended up having to return my original size and get an XS. It's kind of annoying how clothing sizing is being done these days. Nothing is being made in normal sizes anymore. A few years ago I bought t-shirts in a large because they were making them too small and now I'm down to buying tops in S and XS because they are making them too big. Like seriously, WTF?! The inconsistency among brands is rather annoying. But #firstworldpoblems right?!

Also, I just want to talk about this lipstick. I am in love with this color and matte finish. I've been pretty loyal to my Bite Beauty lipsticks and the red I wear from them but I wanted a matte liquid and this one is gorgeous. I tend to prefer blue-reds versus orange-reds as I think they go better with my skintone and after trying so many, I think I found my new go-to.
